OK. Life sucks and I don't even know if we're coming now.

I am so frustrated and at a loss for words. We've been waiting for weeks for our orders. DH re enlisted so we'd have time to go to Oki and everything. Weeks we've been waiting. EFMP done. Everything in our humanly power we have done. Unless you know something we don't??? The orderly room says they have been asking the MOS clerk for over 3 weeks about our orders. We're PCSing back to the states, just got here about 7 months ago !....anyone PCSing to Okinawa need a car?

We just got here to Okinawa about 7 months ago. Due to medical for my 3-year old we have to PCS back to the states. We have a very reliable car that we love and can't ship back with because we already have a car in storage. Is there anyone out there wanting to maybe take over payments that's PCSing over here shortly??? Seriously???? Where are we going???

So lets just say report date is in about 5 weeks. No orders. (online says he is to be in Japan in Dec) so no paperorders yet. DH just finished his school and appartenlty needs to extend or re enlist to meet the requirements to go to Japan. Fine right......but no one has contacted him. They wouldn't let him extend until his student status was up...and now we have to wait until thurs before he can have his certificate...which Enlistment wants before they will let him do the paperwork.... 30 days until my PCS from Okinawa

So, here I am at the point I have read so much about. I am about to leave this island. I have thought about this point in my life a lot; and .....I am happy. SOFTBANK

Me and my husband have just to regular phones from softbank no Iphones or anything. And we have the white plan and they said our bill a month would be like 20 to 30 dollars. And the last three months it has been from 70 to 99 dollars. They give you a number to call but they do not help and they dont help at the store. Has anyone else had problems with this and if so how did you get them to help and start getting charged the right amount a month. Continue

Frustrated

Life feels like it is at a standstill. Dave has been locked into his orders since early July. He graduates in about 2 1/2 weeks and the orders still aren't here. We can't do anything until they are published and I want to bring the kids to Jersey to visit family before our big move. Is that asking too much.??? Report date is early December. Does anyone know the procedures or who to contact when applying to teach at a Japanese elementary school?

Moving to Kadena with 3 pets

So I am moving to Kadena at the end of February and I've read online that the housing on base only allows 2 pets. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so, how to I request a waiver to have 3 pets. I have a dog and 2 cats and I really don't want to separate them. I would just email the housing office and ask them, but I can't find out what their email address it. PS: I have already started the paperwork/shots process for the animals. Thanks for any help! Permission to live on Okinawa?

Apparently if your spouse has unaccompanied orders to Korea and they get a follow-on to Japan your spouse must submit a memorandum to "Request for Command-Sponsored Dependents to Arrive Ahead of Sponsor at Follow-on Duty Station Kadena AB, Japan" in order for you to reside there until he's completed his mission in Korea....otherwise you must reside at your home of record till then. Mother's helper/ Baby sitter

In the house now

Well my trip went with the adventure of having a two year old and a six month old,lol. I think kids on airplanes is a form of legal torture. All went smooth. I am currently in my new home which I find very nice and I am really excited about this beautiful place. I hope that I will get to meet some of you.
