I think you have to dial 098 before the number. WE just got our phones on Saturday and that is what I was told.

all you need is a cardiologist to follow you if for some reason you were going to need surgery they would send you to Tripler in Hawaii or to San Diego. But it sounds like you just need to be followed and the Cardiologist would be the one to do it...

calling with cell phones
