We have Konnect and haven't had any issues with them. In fact, I have heard they are faster than Mediatti. It's about $35/month because they require you to rent their modem.

Glad I am not the only one wanting something besides Mediatti. We use Magic Jack and half the time it cuts us off due to lack of a connection. Very annoying!
Thanks everyone! I appreciate the feedback. I'm with you Charity--I'd rather have a slightly slower internet than no internet at all, so I'm leaning toward switching to Konnect.
We had both for a time so my husband could properly compare the two. Mediatti did seem faster but we lost connection a lot which, to me, was more annoying that a slightly slower connection.
we had Konnect for about a year before we moved off base, we were very happy, almost always had a connection, where our neighbors were slow and had quite a bit more down time.
