Tired of the same old drab recipes? Time to try something new! I know how much my husband loves home cooked meals so I'm betting your spouse probably does too! This is the perfect place to share cooking tips, ideas, and recipes with other spouses.
Is anyone bringing baby clothes to this one or is everyone bringing adult clothes? I have some of both, but don't want to lug all of my baby girl clothes there if there won't be any little boy clothes to trade them for. Thanks!
The same as the last. Bring your unwanted clothes; women, men, kids and lets swap.
Our swaps are not very strict. No one for one swap. Take what you want. If you would like to take the "left overs" back you are very welcome.

I have been here 5 months and I have already found Okinawa Hai to be incredibly helpful in my journey here so far. In my past life in the States, I did a little bit of work as a social worker (child development specialist) and also worked as a college advisor. Now I am a stay-at-home mom to my spunky 7 month old.
How did you find us?

Hi Mandy. Another "Mandy" joined the Society today. We now have 3 "Mandy" members. Just a suggestion that you might wish to adjust your screen name also. Just a thought.

Mandy,
please check the events section. I am having a clothes swap this Saturday at my house. Maybe you can swap for some boys clothes. I know a girl that just had a boy and is now pregnant with a girl. Lots of possibilities there. Please come:)

Mandy, I hope you'll make it to Knit Night this Tuesday at the Kadena USO. There will be plenty of ladies to walk you through getting started knitting. I won't be able to get there any earlier than 7, though. Bring along your yarn (if you can get wool from Jusco or San A, that works well for beginners) and needles (number 6, 7, or 7 bamboo straights are best)!
Mandy I need you!! I have been a little lax on my scrap booking since I got here but I pulled out all of my stuff and realized I need some things. I would love to get the most recent Stampin' Up catalog and order some things from you!
