Just had to post about the dinner I just made. I try to eat and cook as healthfully as I can which has been a little frustrating on this island as there is relatively little organic produce available (course I'm comparing to Whole Foods, ie, heaven). So tonight I made yakisoba with local noodles bought at the commissary, fresh tofu bought warm from the co-op, organic carrots (also co-op) and organic cabbage from the commissary.
