Cesar,
Thanks for you comment on instructing for Central Texas. The Tex-Mex cafe looks great, one question, is that Shiner Bock beer on the table in the one photo? Amazing. My first trip to Okinawa was 67-69 and all we had was Orion or a few American beers at the base clubs. Second trip in 78-81 that selection had improved a little. But Shiner Bock!

My situation is that I'm retired Navy and with all the telecom lay offs now retired from Ericsson. Kind of thinking about going on with my masters degree. My wife has a few hours towards her masters. So, we are tossing around ideas for a fun and productive retirement.

Cheers,
Randy

Hey, we are going up to Nago this weekend (to visit Japanese friends) I tried finding a map on your website but ... no luck. I'm pretty map-chappenged anyway. Will you please provide written directions for me? Thanks!

Sounds fantastic, Cesar! We stay at Okuma often and are generally starving to death on the way from the Aquarium back to Okuma -- your restaurant looks like the perfect place to stop!

Hey everyone!
Just to let everyone know that there are a few spots that Americans own and operate in the northern part of the island. I am one of them. My wife and I run a Tex-Mex cafe in north Nago. It is between Neo Park and Okuma Resort. Check out my web-site for a map and contact info. Come give us a try!
