Share 'Pcsing and trying to deal with the quarantine regs.'

I am pscing back to Okinawa (civilian DoD) and notice they have changed the regs. Previously, I could "in-house" quanantine my pets off base (Hamagawa, etc) but now it seems that it's on base only. Shogun is remodeling their pet rooms and there is no place I know of to stay with my pets. They are both healthy but simply must wait the FAVIN time requirment.
