you will be given one Swap Token
for each item you bring.
♻ Add your items to the display.
(or give to stocker)
Once the items are at the Swap
Party, they are no longer yours.
♻ Nothing can be claimed until the
host opens the Swap.
♻ Spend some time browsing the
items and chatting to the other
swappers.
♻ Once the host announces the Swap

items as you have Swap Tokens.
♻ If two or more of you want the
same item, put one each of your
Swap Tokens in a hat for the host
to draw a lucky winner.

Hello fellow swappers -
I regret to inform you all that it looks like we may not be able to have a swap until after the holidays. Sarah has been working diligently to try to get the USO to no avail. With all the holiday parties and such coming up (Thanksgiving and Christmas) it is a really tough time of year to get the room. Also contributing to the factor, is our family stuff. My husband is deployed, and I am having a heck of a time finding anyone to watch my kids for an hour, let alone the whole day so I can do the swap. Sarah has been super busy with her family as well, I know her husband was gone for awhile too.

Being a group of military wives, I hope you all understand. Setting up and organizing/running the swap takes a lot of time. We will definitely have one in January. My husband will be home mid January, so I am aiming for a swap the end of January.

I am also in the midst of talking to the USO to find out if we can just get a "recurring" date on their calendar, so we don't have to worry about this type of situation again.

Thank you all for your understanding, and look for more messages in the coming months for the next swap.

We would like to say Happy Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) to you all!!

Thank you
Annastasia

Just in case you didn't get the email - The email address for Okinawa Kids Clothing Swappers has changed. The new email is- oki_swap@yahoo.com. To be added to the e-mail list (for updates and such) send an email to this address with "add" in the subject line.

Also, we are working on trying to get a place for the next swap secured, this is proving difficult because of the upcoming holidays!! We will let you know when we get something secured for a date!!

Thanks
Annastasia

The train part belongs to a Lauren Smith. I will send her an email to let her know it was found!! I did not see a sippy cup.

I found a grey color Thomas the train part at the bottom of my diaper bag today. I remember there was a tall pregnant lady that was looking for it. Anybody know who that was? I want to return it to her son. Also I am looking for a purple color sippy cup if anyone has seen it. Thanks!
